If I was looking for a place for my beloved family member, I would drive from anywhere in Calgary to be able to place them in Dulcina.
Staff are so generous, empathetic, kind, always wearing a smile while efficiently taking care of your exact needs, whatever they may be.
Dulcina is large, with spacious rooms and common areas. There just aren't enough words to describe how comfortable a situation it is for everyone concerned.
The people at Dulcina Hospice were super kind and compassionate! They treated my dad with care and respect, and were also checking up on my mom who always stayed the night. Our whole family felt supported. We truly thank Chaplain Gio, Dr. Louw, and all of the nurses and staff for their hard work and dedication.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The environment is calming and relaxing. Very organized and clean.
Amazing facilities. Fantastic CARING, ATTENTIVE staff. Well set up, close to essential shopping for those who can get around. Meals are tops and meet the People's needs.
I knew I was going to write a review after my dad passed. I know all the reviews are from family members but if my dad was still here he would agree with me when I say the care here was exceptional. The nurses (tho a bit short staffed) were sooo caring and understanding. They were always there for us and my dad. My dad always smiled when the nurses came in and he had a few favorites... (Nicole and Ronnie) the food was amazing too. The housekeeping staff was always there and the place was always clean and sanitized.my dad thrived when he was there. And we were at his side when he passed. I know my dad wanted to die at home but it was too hard in the end with medications and even for his own comfort. We are soo thankful for the staff at Dulcina. I don't have a bad thing to say.. thank you for being there with us and my dad in the hardest times of our lives. He was only 61 and was a stubborn quiet guy but they brought out the smiles in him when even we couldn't. Thankyou for everything. -Bulechowsky Clan
