Silver Cove Calgary

It’s hard to have a bad time when you are surrounded by crystals, I would give 10 stars if I could. I phoned on Easter to see if they were open and the lady who answered the phone was so happy and positive that after a 30 second phone call I felt like a better person for having talked to her.

We came in later and it’s such a beautiful store with some fantastic stones I’ve never seen, staff was amazing and super helpful/friendly. We’ll definitely be back! You have gotta check this place out.

I bought from here not too long ago. The staff was literally the nicest people I’ve met their very welcoming and made me comfortable. The place itself is very clean and organized it was very nice. The crystals are real I did a flame check on it and the crystals didn’t melt so they’re real! I find them very affective and have done good in my life so far

All I can say is WOW! I am so glad I stumbled upon this store. First off cudios for how safe and friendly this environment is. It's so clean, organized and the mandatory masking makes me feel safe and comfortable. It's hard to find a metaphysical/rock store in Calgary who is actively safe in protecting the community. So thank you.
Secondly, what a beautiful store with so many amazing crystals, crafting supplies and metaphysical items. I really enjoy how knowledgeable, professional and friendly the young lady who was working this morning was. I also enjoyed talking about beads with her and how she was honest with me about which stones have been dyed/enhanced or man made. I personally haven't had that sort of honest experience in a store before.
I will be back and make sure to tell everyone I know about Silver Cove.

I've been shopping here for quite a few years and I honestly love going here, ever since Rae started working there 2.5 years ago, I just love going there. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She has helped me pick out the most perfect purchases every time I come in. The last time I was in, I brought my girlfriend with me, who used to just always order her gemstones online, and now she is always wanting to go back to the store and chat Rae up about gems and crystals. You can tell she has been working in this type of work for a long time, she builds rapport with customers quickly, and can multitask with customers in the store. She is often working alone when I get a chance to get in the store, I'm always amazed at how she can flit back and forth between customers when it's busy and there's no other associates to help. Last time we went in we spend nearly $1000, and I'm so happy to have done so. We love our gemstone collection. We just did a good full moon charge of them last night during the full moon, and it made me think of how incredible your employee Rae is and I realized I haven't left a review yet. In a world full of crazy negativity, it's good to share the positivity. This woman deserves a big raise, she's the best employee I've ever met there since I've been shopping at Silver Cove. Looking forward to my next big spending trip there with my now new fiancee! Hoping we can find our wedding bands there this next time around. Keep up the great work Rae!!!
