Brandon and the Suburban folks were excellent - they built our 4 season sunroom as well as some fencing work. The quality was amazing, they listened to what we wanted, were very responsive, and were always friendly and polite. Brandon led us through the whole design, permitting and construction phases, and was super easy to work with. Having had some bad contractor experiences in the past, I can't recommend Suburban highly enough.

We had originally hired another company to come out and build a deck and front steps for us. When our new modular home arrived, we found out last minute he wouldn't be available as promised and we had to find someone else so we could get into the house. We called Brandon at Sunurban Developments and although he was quite busy he said he would help us out so we could get in. Unfortunately the ramp didn't work out so he came back a couple days later during a blizzard and built us some low steps that i could climb. I was so so grateful that he was kind enough to do that. At that point I decided i wanted to hire him for the deck as well. He came out in the spring and helped us plan it and other things for our new yard. They arrived about a month later and built us our dream deck that we couldn't be happier with. They also built us a perfectly lined up fence with a perfect gate and finished off the previously constructed front stairs. This included a grocery gate at the top so we wouldn't have to carry the groceries up the stairs. We both have arthritis and stairs are difficult for us. They also built another gate on the side of the house that had to be redone a couple months later due to a post that warped quite badly. Stuart and Justin were the two main guys that were always there and both were friendly, hard working and a joy to have around. Stuart supervised the building of the the fence and deck as well as answering any questions we had while Justin added many of his own touches and did an amazing job with the landscaping. Brandon also built me a clothesline which i am thrilled with. This was a huge project (over $30,000.00) and we did have a few bumps along the road. Brandon's open communication and willingness to do the job to our expectations was always at the forefront. I'm pretty sure i drove him crazy more than once making changes and not speaking up sooner if i didn't like something but he remained professional and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I could not be happier with the final result and would absolutely call Sunurban Developments again . Thanks Brandon and best of luck in the future :)

Brandon is without a doubt the best contractor we have ever worked with. He's very organized, efficient, personable & has a great team working with him. They all take great pride in their work & it really shows in the final result. We couldn't be happier with the process & the results - and we can highly recommend Brandon & Sunurban Developments.

Brandon and his team did and amazing job on our outdoor projects. They built our deck, pergola, stone patio, planters, and added rock/stepping stones to the sides of the house. They were kind, knowledgable, honest, and punctual. They had great communication throughout the project and advised us through several details and questions that we had. It was a pleasure to have Brandon and his team turn our vision into a reality.

Brandon and his team built us a large 21’ x 21’ floating deck. We chose cedar after speaking to the team about the longevity it would provide us. The deck was finished in 4 days and it looks phenomenal. The design they suggested looks so great and is very high quality. The finishing touches included cedar on the sides of the floating deck to tie in seamlessly with our concrete patio. They cleaned up the property so well afterward and also pressure washed the deck to prestige condition. I really enjoyed working with Brandon and would hire again for any other work we may need (maybe a new fence?).
