Jim went above and beyond for a really thorough home inspection. Small details that we never would have thought of, he caught. He spent the entire time with us explaining every detail, not just the last hour of the home inspection. We learnt a plethora of useful information and greatly appreciated his extensive knowledge (he taught us things along the way). Being a carpenter for 27 years he knew the ins and outs of every nook and cranny in the house. We couldn’t recommend Jim enough!
