Very happy to have purchased a condo here! Amelia was wonderful to deal with and she answered all of my questions promptly and professionally! She made the process comfortable and easy.

The builders paid attention to all the little details when putting these units together. They are not only beautiful, but very functional as well. The building itself is very quiet and has a number of different layouts to choose from, so that everyone can find their perfect home.

The location provides access to all major routes in and out of the city to make travel a breeze. It is right along Hwy 1, but the noise is minimal and only heard when you pay attention to it.

Additionally, the farmer’s market is expected to open very soon, along with some of the local retails stores - all within an easy walking distance of the condos!

This condo has it all and I know I'll be happy here for years to come!
