I have taken my Mercedes’ here twice after growing frustrated with my experiences at MB dealerships, and I will never go back! Always extremely friendly and informative about what the work they are going to be doing to your vehicle, and why. I always feel very comfortable leaving my AMG in their hands. Reasonable prices and honest people. Definitely recommend!
I have been taking our vehicles to Continental for more than 20 years. They are an excellent alternative to dealer service. In the early stage it was a BMW and more recently a Mercedes SUV and a 27 year old, VW Cabrio. Service has always been courteous and reasonable and now, under the new management, they have upped their game even further. I highly recommend them.
A cordial experience from veteran professionals of Mercedes. I had an oil change, check-up, and subsequent fixes from said check-up done for my Benz B200. Doug explained some crucial information about my vehicle for my on edification such as common known issues and differentiating factors for the B200 like it's transmission.
I believe it is crucial to arm yourself with as much knowledge when making decisions that could cost you thousands of dollars and Doug was instrumental in that during my visit. Much appreciated!

Booking an appointment was easy, staff were great to deal with, they seem quite knowledgeable and honest with Mercedes which is nice. I'm a big fan of being able to text them for appointments, recieve updates, as well as pay. My first experience with them was positive, I felt very confident in their diagnosis, quote, and the work preformed. Price was as quoted, pick up and drop off were streamlined, and the issue was taken care of. I will be returning to them for all service and repair work from now on.
Upon having to return for more suspension work they truly went above and beyond in accommodating my requests, overall couldn't be happier with the work and service provided by the team here.
