This is the best place for the training of the mind and body! Gary is an incredible mentor and teacher who truly cares for the development and progression of all his students. I highly recommend this place to all.
Wonderful! Like chess. With lumps. Of course I've been going for awhile and missing it during the lockdown. Can think of very few better ways to re-positivize a covid-seiged headspace.
Gary is an excellent mentor and teacher. I have really enjoyed my time training with him at Energy Lake and highly recommend his studio.
Gary is amazing with kids. Had a 6 year old bday party there and it was the best one yet. He had all 20 kids listening to his every word the moment he opened his mouth. All the parents were astonished!!! Looking forward to enrolling him in his class.
Gary, the instructor, has been teaching for many years, but teaches with such enthusiasm, it's like his first day, every day. And after just a few months, you'll feel more comfortable knowing how to defend yourself, and you'll gain a lot of respect for the "art of war" as well.
