(November 17, 2022, 11:02 pm)Overall this was a great way to travel. The seats were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, a good variety of complimentary snacks and the price for their tickets are fair. I will definitely ride with Red Arrow again!
(September 27, 2022, 7:22 pm)The staff at this location are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! This ticket office has adequate seating and a restroom, it’s very clean inside also. My first trip with red arrow was a great experience definitely worth the extra cost vs other services. The seats are comfortable and the amenities make the trip easier. The seats on the left are the best option for max legroom and comfort, it’s worth the extra $$. The wifi in the bus is nothing amazing but get the job done.

Once we were on our way though a young man kept going back and forth and into the washroom. I was quite concerned about it. The older lady that was sitting in the same area was also very concerned. I was so happy to reach our destination.
Red Arrow is a great way to travel!!!
