Best prices, by far best customer service. Other companies gave me a generic high price for a porta potty through an automated system. Dom actually talked to us to figure out exactly what we needed, and beat all other prices.

Fast, Reliable, Courteous Service. My deck construction was confirmed on a Friday to be starting on the coming Monday. I needed to find a reputable Porta Potty provider to deliver a Porta Potty first thing Monday. After calling numerous providers late Friday and Saturday with many not calling back, Dom from Rhino Waste Management contacts me on Sunday!! We connected at 7am Monday morning and he had Jessie deliver an extremely clean Porta Potty by 9am!!! Then when the construction took a bit longer due to weather challenges, it wasn't a problem to extend the period and throughout the usage of the service, the unit was well maintained to stay fresh for all. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated the extraordinary customer service from Dom and his team.

Dom and the guys at Rhino Waste were awesome to deal with...I needed 9 portable toilets delivered to 4 different locations to support our water stations at the Calgary Police Half Marathon. Dom and I visited all locations in advance of the event to ensure proper placement. The toilets were delivered the day before and picked up the day after. We didn't have a single issue. We will continue to use Rhino Waste and recommend you do too!

I've used Rhino many times over the years and have always been extremely satisfied. The bins are delivered and picked up exactly as requested - even on short notice. Dom is a great guy to deal with and gives excellent customer service. I find it easy to use one company for both the bin and potty too. I highly recommend Rhino.

I always notice friendly customer service and Dom was exactly that! He rolled the bin off and double checked with me if I was happy how the bin was sitting in our back lane. Took the time to explain the need to know details of waste going into the bin. The bin was exactly what we needed for our house project and Rhino Waste was fantastic to deal with.
