I had 5 appointments following 13 weeks in a cast for a fractured ankle. I appreciated the North Hill Physio treatment, especially the many exercises provided for home practice.

I am very happy with my experience here. Carolyn helped me so much with my injury gave me great work outs that I can use forever. She's super friendly and professional.

Carolyn is fantastic. I went in with a bummed up shoulder and within the (limited!) amount of insurance coverage, she gave me exactly the treatment I needed to get my shoulder back into working condition. She gave me clear instructions on how to do my exercises and spent time giving me treatment when I was in - she knows what she's doing! Highly recommend.

Mary and her team at North Hill Physiotherapy are the best! I fractured both feet falling down stairs 5 months ago and Mary's physio expertise, compassion, wisdom, and humor helped me heal. Mary Hopkins is fantastic! I tore my MCL playing soccer and her treatment helped me achieve a speedy recovery. And her advice and support has been extremely helpful in helping me transition back into playing. Another bonus - there is ample parking at North Hill mall, so the clinic is easy and convenient to get to. I would highly recommend North Hill Physiotherapy!!
