I bought a 2024 Yamaha grizzly 700 from this dealership and what an experience! At first walk in every one was friendly in more of a family way rather then the same old salesmen. Matt Staley was the guy who helped me start looking into stats and perks of this machine. He answered every question above and beyond and knew his points off hand! Once I decided on which atv I wanted he sent me to the financial guy Mark Diebolt who made the stressful finance process crystal clear and seamless! I will be returning to this crew for any of my further needs as well as I would recommend these guys too anyone! 11/10 from me!

I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been awesome.
Recently I started rebuilding a couple older dirt bikes and quads that Ive aquired over the years. So I've been coming in every other day to order more and more parts. Everybody is so friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile at the door. I've tried ordering online before and it's not the same experience, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the instore help. Everybody at the parts counter are very knowledgeable in how to find the right parts that I'm looking for even if they don't make it anymore stock, it saves me time. In particular I'd like to give a shout out to Mike for the enthusiasm into the restoration of these projects and also the helpful research looking into issues I was coming up with. It kept away the continuous dread of having to buy new parts.

Bought my daughter her first ever Motorcycle. A brand new Yamaha MT03. In spite of the market difficulties, Jack Carter Powersports had the perfect bike for her and she is extremely happy. Logan was a great rep for Jack Carter. Logan's friendly and knowledgeable attitude gave the entire family a comfort that we chose the right bike for her first bike. I would happily recommend anyone looking for a motorcycle to give Logan a shout and let him help you out with your needs. My next bike will definitely be from Logan as well... just waiting on the T7 World Rally. Soon, please oh soon!!! 25 years ago I bought my first vehicle from a Jack Carter dealership. I remember it being a great experience, mostly because of how friendly and helpful the staff were. Fast-forward to buying our first ATV, and the team at Jack Carter Powersports North did not disappoint.
Evan helped us order the perfect quad and kept us updated until it arrived. Felicity got us equipped with all the parts, Mark in finance got all the paperwork done, and then while getting it on the trailer (a first for us) Kemlyn came out to make sure we got it loaded and tied down right.
This team is knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer care from start to finish. Thank you everyone we are enjoying our Grizzly! Caroline & Russ.

Had a couple of excellent experiences here recently. Brought my bike in for a tire change and service, was very pleased with the prices and got both tires mounted and balanced much more reasonably than another shop I looked at.

More recently, I came in looking for info on some Cardo comm systems. Mike from Parts was able to recommend a couple of different units to look at, and order them in for next-day delivery. To be honest, it was probably even faster than ordering from an online retailer would have been, plus I got to talk to him about experiences he'd seen other customers have.

Their open house this past weekend was also a great surprise, including bringing down a Trials rider to show off some tricks in the back lot, and a couple of food trucks. Everybody I've met so far seems friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to be there.

I'm glad Jack Carter is in the neighbourhood, and I'm sure I'll be back.
