Dave Rhydderch - Realtor

Choosing Dave Rhydderch as my realtor (based on a referral from a friend) was a great decision. He has been able to find the right match for me twice – first for my primary home, and more recently for an investment rental property. He advised on the best locations (for someone new to Calgary), type and age of house, the value of legal basement suites, and alerted me to potentially costly issues such as structural, asbestos and poly-b piping. He also provided recommendations for insurance, mortgage, and legal assistance.
His expertise didn’t stop on closing day. Dave provided advice for my investment property at no extra charge based on his experience with rentals. He guided me on what renovations will provide value, and how to interview and select good tenants.
I credit Dave with the fact that the purchase, renovation and rental process has gone so smoothly. Once the tenants move in on December 1, I will be cash flowing much more than I had anticipated for a bungalow plus legal basement suite. I can’t wait until Realtor Dave helps me find my next property.
