Neil did a fantastic job addressing the problem with our furnace. He was so easy to work with, he made sure we understood and explained how to maintain the furnace for longevity. I would highly recommend his professionalism and quality of work.

We recently had an AC unit installed by Autumn Air. I was really impressed with Neil’s professionalism and commitment to his customers. Neil mentioned he ran into an issue sourcing the previously quoted AC unit and was only able to get a more expensive unit. Neil honoured his quoted price despite the more expensive unit being installed. I would recommend Autumn Air to anyone looking for AC installation or repairs. Their price was fair, communication was great, and their commitment to their customers & previous agreements were a breath of fresh air.

Friendly and professional! Awesome service all around! Autumn air took the time to explain and educate me about the issues I had with my AC. fixed it promptly and corrected previous issues from other contractors. Highly recommend! Couldn’t be happier with the service. Our house had different temperatures on different levels and our regular company could not fix the problem. Neil arrived on time and checked everything over thoroughly. By the time he left (well within our expectations for how long it should take) he had the airflow on all 3 levels working together and now the basement is warm and the upstairs is so much better for sleeping.
