Fabutan / Hush Lash Studio

Love that we have a Fabutan close to home! I love that it's clean, fresh, tidy and professional unlike the location I've been going to before Legacy opened!

Update: Still the nicest location I have been to, esthetically and in terms of cleanliness for the most part.

Online booking isn't very user friendly. I always book online and you have 0 clue whether you are booking a laydown bed or a stand up. I booked a stand up tan because I couldn't see what I which bed I was booking and when I showed up I was told its an extra $10 to use it. When I said I am not interested in the stand up I was told no other beds were available.

The other issue that was annoying is I only once missed an appointment as I had a personal issue and the staff charged me a missed appointment fee. I understand the need for those fees but when a client has never once done that before perhaps the staff can be a bit more compassionate and let it slide once despite the small no show fee.

Other than the vagueness of online booking it is fairly easy to get in when its most convenient for you.

Some of the staff run the place with an iron fist and aren't overly approachable/friendly.

Tanning beds could use a little more attention to cleanliness specifically on the lid part of the lay down bed as I always see the same streaks of lotion time and time again.

My favorite location in Calgary! Beautiful decor, friendly staff and all their beds/equipments are new :D

Wonderful experience, great staff. Really nice decoy . Never have a problem getting into tan.

I would live to give it a 5 but only problem is that the radios do not work in the beds. Now if you just want to take a nap then you are lucky. My tanning for 20 minutes feels like 1 hour with no music to listen too.
Otherwise perfect place .

Have gotten my lashes done here numerous times by Bri and she is great! Staff is very friendly and studio is super clean and pretty.

Amazing customer service! Atmosphere is welcoming and their staff is always very personal. I highly recommend.
