I had to go back for seconds for the peanut beef satay pho. I think the broth is just so flavourful and delicious. I skipped the meat the second time. My kids enjoyed their soup as well.
Friendly front of house staff and place was clean.
Great tasting broth and a good serving or tripe in th house special. Very fast service and a very nice building
Absolutely amazing! Came for a quick bite but fell in love. For such a simple dish, pork chop and grilled chicken on rice, packs so much flavor. The chicken was tender and pho broth was rich and delicious.
The atmosphere was also a delight. Very open and modern look. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I’m normally not the type to leave reviews when I’m not happy, but I left the restaurant pretty disappointed tonight. I ordered takeout and was told it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I finally got my food. I waited in their restaurant for 20 extra minutes, for them not to apologize or have any explanation as to why I had to wait 3x longer than I was told I would have to. I don’t mind waiting, however it’s important to be upfront with your customers if things end up taking longer than expected. Explaining things goes a long way and I would not have been as upset if I got there and was told it would be longer and they apologize for the inconvenience. But I got nothing. I understand the restaurant was busy, however both front staff did not offer any sort of explanation when I expressed my frustration, or even offer a simple “I apologize for the wait”.
I also ordered an appetizer, and when I got home, realized I didn’t receive it. Luckily I wasn’t charged for it, but still.. this just adds to the disappointment. I have never had an issue with this place before and their food is always great. However, my feelings felt completely ignored and disregarded. Very unfortunate.
