Carmen, you made our first home buying/building experience so fun and as stress free as possible. And for that, Brendan and I will never be able to thank you enough. Dan and Jeremy, you both gave us guidance and advice that helped us during this whole process. We had no idea what was expected of us and what the steps were going to be like. So thank you both for making this a smooth transition.

Good incentives and excellent customer service from start, to closing, to beyond (warranty services are solid). Communication was thorough and we felt we had all of our questions answered before we needed to ask them. Happy customers.
