The level of understanding, care, patience, and problem-solving skills demonstrated by Janhavee was absolutely amazing! I called in today with the intention to end the service because I was really upset about the rate hikes and the ridiculously high “variable plan” fees started back in August 2021 when the “guaranteed rate plan” ended and I didn’t notice. After the conversation with Janhavee and what her team had to offer, I decided to give ATCOEnergy another try. Although I changed my mind about cancelation because of the excellent customer service provided by Janhavee, I still don’t agree with the unethical way to rip off customers just because they didn’t/coundn’t call in to renew their service plans - if you can use calls to promote and grow your business, you can also use calls to remind your valued customers the important changes on their bills - the best way to demonstrate that you are worth the trust.
