Kelli was very prompt at getting back to me about getting the retractable screen doors. She made the process so easy. I didn’t have to make two appointments- one for a quote and one for the install. Instead, I just texted her a picture of my doors and she sent me quotes and pictures back immediately.
When they came to install, Kelli and her dad were very accommodating, efficient, and did a stand up job installing these custom screen doors (my doors are 8ft. tall). She was reliable, flexible and friendly (her dad even played with my toddler through the window). Customer service was excellent- something you don’t see very often these days.
