East Calgary Registry

The staffs here are super friendly and helpful. The way they serve clients is awesome. I took a road test on December, the Asian staffs serving for road test paperwork and driver license was great, she is patient and helpful. Road Tester, I do not know his name, is very calm and polite. This Registry is busy but the way they organise waiting list is awesome. I will be here for next services for sure! Highly recommended!

The lady that did my renewal of my license was so very professional unbelievably infectious smile. I believe she is enjoying her work. Gee ! she even greeted me a Happy Birthday . And reminded my hubby to buy a big cake. So unfortunately didn't get her name. My conclusion with my experience reflects a wonderful management. I know it is still early but Merry Christmas to all.

I had the best experience with my lady that helped me this morning! So sorry I forgot her name but she made my day!! Absolutely incredible service and she was so sweet. I wish more people were as helpful and nice as she was.
Whoever her supervisor is, please give her a big hug and a thank you for doing such a great job!!

I will be going there again

It was a little busy, but the online check-in service was very handy and allowed me to run next door for a couple groceries while I waited without worrying about missing my turn.

I dealt with 2 different agents who both were very friendly.

I always have a terrible experience at a registry, but not this one! I will definitely be back.

I was really impressed with the quality of service here. Well organized and maintained. Service was friendly and thorough. I went to switch my license over from another province and also change over my health card. Will definitely be returning for my road test.
