(May 25, 2019, 1:23 pm)Good location if you have young children or for empty nesters if you don't have a car and like to walk to shopping as there's lots near; local transit is only takes you to c-train. It's sort of 'in the hood," so just be watchful. Many suites back onto park, great view with lots of birds and squirrels, even some jackrabbits.
