All the people who work here are all so nice and do such an amazing job! They are all super friendly and inviting. I got my hair done by Kayley a few days ago she does such a good job. She got the exact color I was looking for and got beach waves. The beach waves last in your hair for days! I’m on day 3 and the curls look just as good as the day she curled my hair highly recommend!

Excellent service!! I visited so many places to get my hairs done and travelled more than 60+ kms most of the time looking for the best salon services in Calgary. I went from dark black to platinum blonde in just 1 visit without damaging my hairs. Really appreciate the hard work of Kayley and Lauren who get me amazing results every time i visit. Honest people offering services at an amazing price. Recommended 10/10.

Just had a pedicure with Erika! Amazing...she is so thorough and gentle..touch of an angel. Atmosphere is relaxing, quiet, no rush or hubbub. I will be back again and again...and again. Now to get my hair done by Diane (a few steps away in the next room)

True You Salon & Spa has been great to go to. I am always greeted by name by the owners! I have been seeing Lauren for the last four years and won’t see anyone else. She is a great stylist and a genuine person! I even followed her when she moved companies. My wife has also got her nails done here and great work was completed with fantastic customer service. Thanks for the great Service!
