Joel and Andrew who came to do the install were extremely knowledgeable. They took their time, explained what they were doing, teaching me about my furnace, my AC and even my hot water tank. They fixed mistakes from previous owners, were polite and made the whole experience enjoyable. If you want a company that will ensure you have the best experience, leave your mechanical room in better shape than when they walked in and trust that they are doing what's best for you....it's this company. We had our furnace die on Sunday and they had a new furnace installed by end of day Tuesday. I couldn’t find anyone else that could accommodate that (and that was very worrisome because we were heading into another cold snap with temps in the minus 30’s). Matt (the owner) was so easy to talk to and he juggled the schedule to help us out. That’s awesome customer service! Joel and Matt (the guys who put the furnace in) were very meticulous and had it done in the promised 6 hours. I will tell everyone about The Heating Ninja.

He was great! Came by after-hours to get us up and running again. Was less then 2 hours between realizing we had an issue and furnace up and running again. As a bonus he explained the parts of the furnace and simple troubleshooting I can do in future, and sells furnace filters at basically an Amazon price. All around great experience, highly recommend!

Matt is very knowledgeable and friendly. Came over quickly to quote a heater in the garage and was very thorough so I had a complete understanding of what , how this works and different options all while following code. James and Jeff on his team came here to install and are amazing! Definitely will use Matt and his team again as the needs arise. Thank you Heating Ninja!
