I had a wonderful experience at the Temple location. While making my appointment Chrissie was very nice, answered all my questions, and booked my appointment to my liking. The actual process of getting my fingerprints was seamless as well, Susan was very efficient and got everything I needed for my paperwork done. Went to do my fingerprint for Citizenship application. Two ladies at the office are very pleasant and helpful. They follow COVID guidelines to the point. Only took me about 10 min to do the fingerprints. From making appointment to the end it was a very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend their service for anyone.
