Staff are amazing to deal with. I admit it had issues with preparing my online order so I had to call in to sort it out. There were no problems with their ability to work with me on resolving my order.

Extremely good selection and advice. Got some cutting pads and compound. Have followed them from their old location.

Only reason not 5 stars is they make you feel rushed at the til or if you ask questions - I imagine they're quite busy with online sales too so it's understandable.

Still, excellent products and services.

I don't usually write reviews but I have to for this one. Customer service, like mentioned by others, is excellent. I didn't know a sale was going on and when I tried to send my order through, my connection got lost and it didn't go through. I tried to re-order the items again next day and realized the sale expired but Carzilla was nice enough to honor the sale for me still. Even without a sale, their prices are very reasonable and selection is great! Would definitely recommend!

High-quality products from high-quality people. Never had an issue with shipping times, customer service or products. It's nice for Canadians to have a supplier that brings curated products that otherwise would have to be shipped internationally.
