Chicko Chicken

Great new location for Korean fried chicken! This recently opened restaurant is a small spot next to the Harvest Hills T&T that serves some tasty and freshly made chicken. You get the usual choices here, with bone-in or boneless chicken combos which come in a number of different sauces such as soy garlic and spicy variants. The chicken is quite crunchy and juicy, soft and hot. It’s made fresh so wait times tend to be a little longer than you might expect (~15-25 minutes), but I’d say it’s worth it for some fresh thighs and drumsticks! The staff are friendly and the interior is clean with a few tables for dining in. Parking can be hard to find at times due to this restaurant’s proximity to T&T but the parking lot is quite big anyway. Good prices and value for money in my opinion as well. Highly recommend this location if you’re craving some crunchy and saucy fried chicken!

Heard about this restaurant from BC from a co-worker. Ordered the half-and-half Yangyeom (sweet spicy sauce) and Haek Buldak (fiery spicy sauce) for delivery during lunch at work. I have to say, the quality of the chicken was great! One of the spiciest Korean chicken sauces I’ve ever tasted. Got to be on par with the spicy sauces from Wow Chicken and BB.Q Chicken if not SPICIER. It will definitely send you to the washroom multiple times lol. Definitely ordering from here again in the future and trying out the fries next time as well. The price was fair for the amount of chicken ordered.

Average taste for korean chicken joints around town. Ordered half half yangyeom and normal chicken. I was honestly a little disappointed by the small sizes of the pieces. We got 1 yangyeom drumstick and 1 normal drumstick and the rest were these small chunks.

Love the fresh chicken fried with the best sauce to make and amazing combo.

This was our first time trying from them and they did not disappoint. The flavours are at par with other wowly fried chicken spots.

There is a wait time but totally understandable as its not already cooked stuff you get ever chicken is cooked fresh when ordered.

Tried their Original and Yangnyeom chicken. Crispy, juicy and fresh! The portion is good enough for two adults. I will definitely come back to try other menus.
