I own a small business and contacted CI Security after the two previous companies gave me guards who were constantly sleeping on duty or not showing up to shift.

The manager I spoke to was very friendly and after 4 months of service now from these guys I cannot express professionalism and respect demonstrated from the guards and management.

It is a night and day difference between guards provided from larger companies and CI. CI has been a wonderful asset to have at my building, reports are turned in timely, issues are handled professionally and the rate compared to Garda and The Corps is significantly cheaper for a higher quality guard.

It seems cliche but the customer service and guards seem hand tailored for my building that I believe can only be done by a small business. The larger companies gave me horrible guards, and cost me money when guards failed to report or react due to being asleep on duty.

Started working as a supervisor with this company after leaving garda. The management side of the company is extremely friendly and professional, they take care of their clients and their employees!

I attended a dog event and this company was hired as security. They were extremely professional. Because of their professionalism, they’ve been added to the top of my list on companies that I will use going forward when we need security at an event.

I'm from out of town and went to an event at The Baron. My phone ended up dying at the event and the people that I knew there had left. The security guard called a cab for me and was super friendly and professional. Not sure what I would have done without him!
