I'm going to start by saying this has been a game changer for me! For the last 4-5 years I've suffered horribly with insomnia and CFS. It's effected almost every single area of my life. From energy, daily schedule, mood, basic cognitive function, complexion, CFS and insomnia has been the bane of my existence. So many of the bigger companies that might charge a little bit less, don’t actually sell the “real”sea moss which in turn you wouldn’t get the full benefits. In just a few days I’ve already noticed a difference in my energy, I don’t get that afternoon lull where I needed to grab a coffee to perk up.
