We were seeking approval for a basement suite permit from the city, but there was one problem: the fuse panel was in the bathroom!
Peter and his team spent HOURS working with me to invent a strategy that would meet the city’s expectations, ensure our suite was safe, and not break the bank.
Their solution passed inspections with flying colours! You want to know what the inspection said? He said, “oh, if de Klerk did it I’m sure it was done properly.”
