More specifically, after moving in, we had an issue with the insulation in our attic. Without hesitation, Kim and her team rectified the issue immediately. Not only did they make it a high priority, the team member was friendly, answered all our question and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for making our new home safe and comfortable.
