The team was so responsive to our calls and setting up a time quickly. They did an amazing job and there was no mess. They treated our possessions respectfully and carefully and put it all back. Floors got wreaked from leaky dishwasher. Rocky came within hours after call to insurance to clean up. Flooring once ordered and finalized was installed quickly, any concerns were addressed right away. End product looked amazing. Very happy with quality of work.

Following a burst pipe in our basement, we were so pleased with our service from Rocky Cross. They were prompt and very polite when it came to installing and checking on the dryers, as well as the clean up after the new carpet had been installed. A special shout out to the couple that performed the clean up. We can't thank them enough!
