Having completed various tasks and undertakings regarding emergency situations and tenant satisfaction for Keenan and his team. I am happy to report that all has been completed and everyone is more than happy with the service and above standard quality that Keenan required.This is now the new normal. Everyone gets (reasonably) upgraded!! Although communication at times have been spotty, we all eventually caught up to each other and by no means did this deter workmanship, still, quality surpassed existing AND more importantly the correct steps and procedures followed. He knows his industry and code. Thank you Keenan....Looking forward to the next challenge.

I've lived in an DCMC (Dominion Condo Management Corporation) managed property for a little over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about Keenan and his team! My boyfriend and I have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care! We had wanted to move due to our upstairs neighbors, but Keenan worked it out for us and the respect is now there. He really cares about us and he makes that very apparent, and I don't know that you can find that just anywhere from a Landlord or Property Management team.

Keenan and his team try their utmost to solve any issues, sending out handymen when they were needed; I've had nothing but a positive experience with DCMC. Thought we should express our appreciation in some way.

I have been renting a property co-managed by DCMC and another property company in Edmonton for almost a year. For quite some time, it was VERY frustrating, as no one wanted to take responsibility and fix any of the issues in the apartment.

Finally, I got in touch with Keenan.

I wish all customer service people were more like him! He is very personable and was genuinely concerned about my issues. He even called me personally to discuss matters and follow-up.

In a few days, he sent people to do inspections, and in a few weeks, almost everything was fixed. Great job; THANKS SO VERY MUCH!

I am writing this review as a unit owner in a smaller condominium in Edmonton. Our building has recently moved from being self-managed to being professionally managed by Keenan and his staff. Since taking over the management of our building I have watched Keenan go above and beyond to ensure that the transition was smooth. In addition, Keenan has demonstrated time and again that he is committed to ensuring that our condominium is managed professionally and effectively through the use of his vast knowledge and experience operating, administrating and maintaining condominiums. In short, if your condominium is looking for a management company you will be hard pressed to find another company that can compete financially and service wise with what Keenan offers.

Keenan is fantastic and very personable. He came and inspected our deck today for plans on improving the decks safety and user friendliness. He's got a good handle on the property it seems! He also inquired on any other issues with the apartment as well. He was genuinely concerned and made note on everything I brought up regarding the living space.

My family and I have been renting here for over a year and since DCMC took over the property management of Venezia Estates, things have been tidier in the common areas and any issues communicated via email have been answered promptly. Certainly having a nice presence in the building has put our confidences up with this Management. Keep up the good work guys!
