I am really impressed and recommend it highly. I was travelling and got the PCR done and gave a wrong email id. In the middle of the night I realized and contacted the customer care chat and thankfully I got an immediate response. I got my report to my correct email in minutes. Bless the agent who responded to me.

I highly recommend this company, my experience was stellar from customer service, to understanding how to use the app/desktop for booking/payment and finally the grounded, caring and highly skilled individual who conducted the blood draw. Jude obviously has expertise and was also compassionate and created a gentle space without rushing. He also had excellent attention to detail and made suggestions that were very useful. The experience was personal and professional and the mobile service very convenient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

This service was amazing! I marked it down 1 star only because our kit was missing some crucial shipping information re shipping from Canada. However, an online chat was extremely helpful and cleared up the issue. Our testing agent made the actual test-taking/packaging process very simple and was able to make necessary corrections to our intake forms - which gave us great confidence in the process. We tested both ways for travel from FL to Toronto, easily making the timing cutoffs. The F AM test in Canada posted test results by Sat afternoon.

Our virtual PCR test results for returning to Canada were delivered on time. What you’re paying for is convenience. The customer support is somewhat lacking. Our virtual observer was late to the appointment and then disappeared for 5 minutes with no warning. We were asked to put each test into its own bag and only one was provided. So, just be aware if you are purchasing the double kit. One of the four test results was timed incorrectly, showing the sample collection was at midnight. I was able to live chat with someone who helped resolved this in around half an hour. Phone support was hit or miss, one return call within a day and another a few days later with the caller not identifying herself and then asking for the wrong person. Overall I would recommend for the price and the convenience as we were traveling with children. But be prepared, research, and book appointments early. And double check your time stamp before you get to the border.
