We were with another IT company for many years and the frustration was mounting. Thinking that the job to switch was too daunting, we continued to slug through the 1st & 2nd Quarters of 2022 - and then too many errors were being made, the company was suffering operationally and it was time for a change. Time to roll up the sleeves and start researching IT companies. We reached out to over a half a dozen companies, made spreadsheets & graphs with pros and cons for each, contacted references for all and it was Pure IT coming out on top - in spades. The down-to-earth warmth and honest approach I got from the main contact, Paul meant something right from the start. He answered all of my questions, provided in depth knowledge to things that I hadn't even considered in my research (cyber security & cyber training) and he was confident that Pure IT could meet our needs. It was a done deal, this local group of professionals was exactly what we were looking for. The company is big enough to cover our needs but not too big that we are a just a number. Our company has been working with PureIT for a few months now and they continue to impress. Good availability, competent and timely staff for a reasonable price. They were tasked with multiple IT issues upon hiring and they have continually proven to be up to the task. Core duties were to provide infrastructure stability, review network protocols and system access.
