Mr. Amarpreet Singh is so great. He made our process very easy and he has always attentive with sound knowledge in construction, I was very impressed to see the quality of the material they use and the fact that their standard specification line includes so much in the home that you don't have to upgrade too much. The house prices are good & competitive and one of the few builders that know how to use the space or square footage well. I am a satisfied customer and will suggest anyone who is looking for a home to build with them.
I would highly recommend Klair Custom Homes as a builder.
