I have had a few trainers over the years but never one so passionate and caring about actually setting you up to be self sufficient. Brian helped with building my confidence in working with free weights and has been amazing at instructing me on how to do the movements correctly (great cues, breathing suggestions, and patience!).

I trusted him more and more after every session mostly due to his evidence based approach to reinforce his expertise and his way of explaining the principles behind the exercises.

I’d recommend Brian to anyone looking for a great trainer that really cares about your progress and respects your current abilities/injuries and looks to build on them as best as possible.

Just did a Movement in Parkour workshop with Brian. Lots of great information but given in such a way that made it easy to follow. Super nice guy who isn't afraid to actually tell you you are doing something wrong. Hoping to incorporate a lot of what he taught not just in parkour but when I run and play volleyball.

If I ever find the time to get in some personal training, Brian is the person I will be looking for.

Brian approaches his personal training from a strong understanding of anatomy and alignment, making me feel safe and well educated training with him. I would highly recommend him because not only is he great at what he does, he is also a light to be around!

I have been working with Brian for about 6 months now and I am in the best shape of my life. He helped me with an ongoing shoulder injury that I just couldn't fix. Even after taking a couple weeks off, the pain in my shoulder didn't come back. He is great at working with your abilities, while also still pushing you forward with challenges.

I've had a few different trainers over the years and Brian has by far been the best. He's listened to all of my concerns, and provided plans to help me motivate myself and stay on track. Not only has he boosted my confidence in certain exercises, he has also given me the education to understand why things need to be done in certain ways. He is extremely patient and motivating, but also puts up with large amounts of cursing and threats (maybe that's just me?). I'd recommend Brian any day - seriously a great, and knowledgeable trainer.
