I contacted NFP today to insure my 2nd vehicle. I spoke to Lucas Cheang, who was very friendly, professional, very patient and knowledgeable. I already received paperwork for my 1st vehicle renewal and my house insurance. Lucas re-calculated the rates and added discounts (multi-vehicle policy and house insurance). He asked me some questions about improvements in my house and when I explained that my roof was re-shingled few months ago and hot water tank was changed, turned out that I could receive a lower rate for my house insurance. I am extremely thankful to Lucas for caring enough for me as a customer to have that discussion with me and saving me some money. Thank you Lucas! You made my day! I think you deserve more than 5 stars.
