Would like to thank Randy an his staff for best In Class service. So refreshing to walk out the door of a big business with a smile on your face , an think that’s the way they all should operate .

I own a 2006 Prevost Coach converted by Royal. I have had this coach for a little over a year and have been dealing with Adeal, in parts. He is easy to work with and very knowledgeable of all the parts my bus has needed. Once, I needed parts after hours and the parts manager (Randy) came in on his own time and got me what I needed. Now, that's service! Dominic, who is the Branch Manager, is great to deal with as well, and sorts out any problems that might arise. A great team to deal with in Canada, even if you're not in Calgary.

This particular Prevost Parts & Service location is always kind and fast with its services. Especially Adeel and Daniel, thank you for always being so kind and quick, they are amazing. I am grateful that there is a Prevost Parts & Service like this in Calgary.

Always help you in a bind and get you going fast. Great after hours service too. Have used them multiple times and more to come.

I can't say enough positive about this Prevost service center - Dominik and Josee got me in right away. Vaughn the technician was great at getting the job done quickly and i was back on the road safely in just a few hours. This space is only temporary as a new large service center is being built down the road and should be ready in a few months.

I don't live in the area but if i was to have service done at Prevost I would highly recommend this Prevost service center.
