We have been working with PCH Ltd for 5-6 years now and they are one of the most professional and well-organized builders. We always have quick and efficient communication with them as their staff is very well trained and polite. We never have issues with their schedules and they are always prepared ahead of time for the trades to go in and get the installations done.

We recently purchased an new infill from PCH and were very happy with the overall experience. The initial deficiency walk through had surprisingly few repairs required and within a week everything was addressed prior to our move in. Obviously with any new home issues arise as the house settles and the space is "lived in". We experienced some minor heating concerns, and PCH was quick to have them rectified the next day.
We are very happy with our decision to purchase from Professional Custom Homes and feel the overall quality of our home exceeded expectations.
