Occasionally they are a little too honest with clients and some PMs get offended quicker then others, so perhaps could sugarcoat it more. Usually great clients appreciate direct feedback so they can fix problems quickly and with minimal expense.
Really have appreciated working with the whole team over the years, you've done well gentlemen!
