(November 6, 2019, 11:29 pm)Everyone was great from salesman to various trades people. The quality of new house and prices are excellent. I especially liked the fact that I could visit my new house under construction at pretty much anytime and could keep myself up to date with progress and bring attention to anything that was not up to standard or was incorrect. I'd definitely recommend Shane Homes if you're trying to build a new house. After 6 months of possession, their trades people and warranty personnel have been great too and haven't given me any reason to complain.

I had the pleasure of knowing this beautiful and knowledgeable lady/sales manager since 2011. Our first deal together was in Skyview Ranch when the community was just starting to build. She made the home building process for my clients a great experience and continues to do so up to now. We are currently working together on helping clients that I brought in to her show home in Cornerstone, to build their first home in Canada. Her knowledge and experience with her products and her ways of making people feel comfortable made things easier for my clients to make the right decisions. Together working as a team, my clients are very happy with their decisions!
