My phone was picked in 5 minutes and Rhonda helped me out. Amazing lady with lots of patience. So far wonderful experience. Better than my reward company or other travel agent who took forever to get back to me.

Update: Sunwing responded to my concerns promptly and in the return trip enforcement of mask wearing was done. Very impressed with this airline. I
have to say that during Covid a charter airline is the way you want to go. Direct no hassle flights to sun destinations is easy and stress free. The only issue I encountered was lax to no enforcement of mask wearing rule while the aircraft was in flight. You see there is this loop hole called lunch. During lunch ( which is supposed to last 15 min) it's masks off. The trouble is people stretch lunch into 2 hours of nibbling on potato chips mask free. Now I'm no stickler but I had had enough and told the gentleman and his wife sitting next to me to please put their masks back on. To which he replied why, I've had if off for two hours now? What is the difference? To which I replied. Do it as a favor to me. He did but was not happy as many others were doing the same thing. Gleefully nursing a tomato juice for a hour in order to sit mask free. It's a problem. And it's wrong. Sunwing.... figure this out. Passengers should not have to beg seatmates to mask up!
