I don't usually write reviews but in this case I was really happy with the product and just wanted to leave my thanks on here! A few weeks ago, my son Ted lost a cap that my late mother-in-law had customized especially for him. I must admit that I am not the best at embroidery, so I was at a loss on how to replace such a personally valuable item. I searched for a service that could perhaps replace the patch on the old cap and was kindly surprised that this company was able to replicate it almost perfectly. Before this whole incident I was not aware that such services even existed, but I'm glad they do! This was so important to us as a family especially since my mother-in-law is no longer with us. Thank you for providing this service to us.

I did take off one star just because I did find the website a little confusing and I'm personally not a fan of the name. I was initially a little hesitant to try this company due to the lack of an online presence, but I'm glad I did.
