Canine Cuts

I was extremely nervous to take my senior dog Carmel to another groomer. She is almost 16 and has skin issues and can be a bit snappy. I walked into Canine Cuts and Jordan greeted me and was so gentle with her. Jordan also told me about their dog and there was a big Bernese in there who was so happy to be there it immediately put me at ease. When I picked Carmel up she was sleeping in a kennel and the other dogs in canine cuts were all so happy to be there. Carmel is soft and she’s getting a lot of compliments on it. It turned out so good and I am so happy!

I booked a bath and tidy and asked for a good brush out to get any matting out so she we can avoid the whole having to get shaved when doing a full groom. My dog has never looked better after a grooming. I was so impressed. Very happy.

I have to say I was so happy with this place. I have 2 Shih-Poo dogs and my boy had a horrible experience at the last place he was going to. The last experience at the place we had been taking them to, I was told that they had 5 groomers pin him to the table to try to groom him and it was not successful. My poor boy was so traumatized!!! I happened to be driving around my area and found these groomers. I brought my boy in and he was shaking so bad and that had never happened before. I explained what had happened to him and if it would be a problem for them to take him for his hair cut? I was assured that there would be no issue at all. So made their appointment and the day came to bring both dogs in. My groomer who was going to be working with them immediate took him and sat on the floor with him to make him feel comfortable.

When I went to pick them up after their appointment, my boy was laying in his kennel, looking handsome and 100% relaxed. I was so HAPPY about that. Ever Sophie was relaxed and getting finished up. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are kind and calm, they made my boy feel comfortable and did an amazing job on him and her. Do not pass these guys by!! Their prices are reasonable and they did an amazing job.

The service was perfect. Everyone was super friendly, kind, professional. I also really liked the simple open design. Creates an environment of transparency and trust.
My dog Fugou has some anxiety/aggression/trust issues, and Jordan was so patient and good with him and by the time I picked him up, Fugou and Jordan were best buds. My puppies even got super adorable little bow ties, so that made my day.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The way the shop is set up is fantastic. It’s a big open room. You can see everywhere. No taking your dog to the back where you have no idea what’s going on. Your dog stays right up front in view. I love this. I have a very scared, timid rescue who needs patience and love. He definitely got it at Canine Cuts. I’ll be a regular customer from now on.
