Had to get an ID declaration done. Mr. Evgeny Zilberov is prompt, professional and courteous. I received an appointment time and got it done the same morning that I phoned him. He explained the reason for the steps throughout the declaration process, which I appreciated. All was taken care of in 15 minutes.
He does prefer that his clients wear a mask during in person visits.
