(March 8, 2022, 9:46 pm)Despite how crazy the real estate market is right now, we didn’t feel for one second that we weren’t important to the staff when we visited this showhome. Tyler in particular spent a lot of time figuring out the best model to recommend to us based on our family's situation. He even spent time driving out to the lot with us and to another community to walk through a different showhome because he knew this would be the ideal model for our family, and it was! I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Thank you Tyler and the rest of Excel Homes!

He allowed us go through the entire show home then calmly explained all the features and additions they made to accommodate client tastes and also mentioned modifications we could make if we wanted something different. It was a nice experience overall.
