Our experience with Simona has been fantastic. We hired her to look after our house while we were away. She is extremely professional, reliable, punctual, responsive and understanding and she has a very pleasant and honest personality. She has great communication skills and she carefully respected our instructions by sending us detailed reports about our property (including pictures). She was also very available to talk on the phone whenever we needed to communicate with her about work to be done at our property.
