Jen has a special way of not prescribing answers and solutions, but instead, affecting change and growth in a person through the process of finding those answers together. I am grateful for every lightbulb moment she helps facilitate, every small victory she makes sure I recognize, and the difficult work that she continues to help me through. While her experience and education are impressive, Jen’s compassion, insight, and patience are inherent gifts she brings to her profession and her patients each day.

I went to my first hypnotherapy session with Dr. Primmer to dig deeper into some traumas and past experiences in my life that I was struggling with. Dr. Primmer was extremely professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable and safe during the entire experience. I was quite nervous going in, but she was very easy to talk to, and explained everything in detail prior to the session so that I was prepared for what to expect. I felt that her expertise and knowledge in hypnotherapy and trauma helped me understand more about myself and how certain past experiences were affecting me today. Overall, this was a very positive experience for me, and I would highly recommend her services, especially for anyone that has experienced traumas in their life and is hesitant to seek therapy.
