We had a great experience at this location when picking out frames for my partner. We were greeted immediately when we got there, helped, and then given some space to browse. The person helping us was very knowledgeable about all of the products which helped us make a confident decision. Will definitely be recommending to our friends!

I was able to schedule my appointment pretty quickly and found out that they have a 2 week return policy if you are not happy with your glasses. I'm really happy I decided to go with them and will be coming back in the future. Great customer service!

After having to replace my 4-year olds glasses THREE times in 6 months due to wear and tear, we came to Optiko in search of something more durable. The staff were very pleasant and walked us through all the different sizes and types to help us find a frame that would suit her needs.
