Peter was an amazing realtor. Peter was very organized and a great communicator (email & phone). Peter was very resourceful. Peter just helped with the purchase of my new home. This is the forth home I have purchased and was a new experience. I did not have stress or irritation of any kind from Peter. In the past, I was shown totally inappropriate homes, or stressed over the offer process but not this time. Peter showed great patience while my girlfriend and I searched for the perfect home, and found it. Peter was great about meeting frequently to show us homes without any feeling of being rushed. He was very clear about good streets and bad ones and about good features and poor ones in a home we visited.

If you want to sell your house fast , use Peter. After nightmarish experience with other realtor who overpriced our house and tortured us with fruitless viewing and meetings for 7 months with no success,we were scare to death to go through the same horror of selling the house again. But with Peter who did excellent job with proper pricing and marketing the house sold in 5 weeks. He is down to earth , come and very professional.
