Reno-ready Floors

Joe , Josh and team did an outstanding job on the subfloor the end results were amazing , they worked efficiently area was spotless after job was completed.
I went with Reno Ready knowing they were more expensive than the flooring company as quality was my top priority and knew Joe would deliver it without any hesitation ,if you looking for a quick fix I suggest don’t bother with Joe .This is the second time using Reno Ready and won’t be the last for sure. Joe truly was exceptional and takes great care in the quality of his work, his crew removed our carpets and were very clean and diligent. Joe also went above and beyond to help us resolve a issue with our base board gaps.

I want to say the team Joe brought in was exceptional! The work was done in record time and virtually dust free. The linoleum flooring we had was very difficult to remove, but the guys did a fantastic job! Got it all done that day, sanded, and clean. Very impressed with the entire experience. I am doing basement renovations and removed the old carpet to put down vinyl tile. There is a support post near the stairs and the concrete there was about 1/2" higher than the rest of the floor. I wasn't sure how to deal with it and contacted a few different companies. Joe at Reno Ready responded right away and came 2 days later to take a look and give an estimate. (I actually had his estimate before the other companies made contact.) Joe assessed the level of the floor and concluded that the main problem was by the post and the best option was to grind down the floor by the post and a couple other high spots. He said he would fit this job in to his schedule the following week and contact me the night before.
I got a call on Monday night from Joe saying that one of his crew, Matthew would be by at 8:30 am the next day.

Matthew showed up pretty much exactly at 8:30am with all the equipment. I was worried about dust but the vacuum did a surprisingly good job of keeping the dust down. Matthew did a good job of grinding and levelling the concrete by the post as well as the other high spots. He made sure to examine the whole floor and look for other problem areas. I think it took him 5 or 6 hours to do the grinding and he left the floor level and the area as clean as it was before.
